RECIPE: Sautéed broccoli and asparagus

Keeping it simple and tasty! If you’re looking for an easy, simple, delicious and fresh vegetable dish then look no further. The perfect side of greens to any meal.

sauteed broccoli and asparagus

SERVING SIZE: 4-6 people

1 bunch asparagus

1 medium size broccoli

Olive oil

Sea salt

Cracked black pepper


Pinch of cayenne pepper

Wash and cut stems off asparagus and then cut the asparagus in half

Wash and cut broccoli into florets

In a pot of boiling water, boil veggies together for 5 minutes

Drain water

In a pan heat some olive oil over low-medium heat

Add veggies and season

Sautee until slightly golden

Serve hot

    What a pretty healthy side dish! Love both broccoli and asparagus but have never combined them together, can you believe that!
